Data We Collect
We collect your email address and name via Google OAuth for account creation. We store usage counts to enforce plan limits.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not store the contents of your PDF documents. All PDF processing happens locally in your browser.
Third Parties
We use Paddle for payment processing. AI queries are proxied to Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google depending on your settings.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Ask Your Paper, you agree to these terms.
2. Service
Ask Your Paper is a web app and Chrome extension that allows users to interact with PDF documents using AI. The service is provided "as is".
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Usage
You may not use the service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws.

Refund Policy
Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied with the service, provided your total AI query usage has not exceeded 60 queries (the free plan quota). Refund requests made after 7 days, or where usage exceeds 60 queries, are not eligible.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at studioursamajorofficial@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current billing period, except within the 7-day refund window.
